Given how rough this year was, I'm only a bit disappointed not to have written more (or to have been more of a pairing whore). That said, it occurs to me that if I take prompts, I might be able to match my 69 works from 2008 by the end of December, so have a poll:
innocence itself. *halo*
a total drama queen1!1!
so ready for 2010!
Provide an HP character:
Provide an HP pairing:
Provide an HP threesome:
Provide an interesting word:
Provide a favourite kink:
Provide a magical spell or object:
In addition to taking the poll, please feel free to suggest brief (HP) prompts in comments, and I'll see what I can do toward making it 69 works for 2009! :)
P.S. I just realized that last year, I wrote 202 works; it's 69 pairings that I worked with. There is no way that I can match 202 works this year, but I'm gunning for 69 at least!
P.P.S. After answering prompts, last year, I wrote 52 works for a total of 129,037 words. Of the 22 pairings that I wrote, one was femslash, 10 were het, and 10 were slash. I also wrote one slash threesome, one mixed threesome, and 12 gen works. The fics that I added after compiling the above were:
The Practice of Literary Erotica towards the Amelioration of Boredom (NC-17; Lucius/Severus, implied Narcissa/Kingsley, Lumionus; 1991 words): Ms Petronella Beane, celebrated author, excites interest in certain wizarding circles to the benefit of many.
Christmas Cheer (R; Snape/Rosmerta, implied Harry/Luna; 860 words): Some wizards are more easily gruntled than others.
A Hasty Transition from Prim to Perfect (NC-17; Neville/Percy, Arthur; 842 words): Percy's mortification leads to a welcome release.
Seeing Fairies (G; Luna, Lily Luna; 683 words): Aunt Luna provides her partial namesake with a jollying perspective.
I may not have met my goal for 2009, but I did enjoy answering prompts at the last minute. :D
