Leaving this here to finish watching later

I love Janet Stephens:

Robert Webb's all right, too. Here he is talking about "the trick that makes men sad and women get rubbish jobs."

In other news, Shog startled a snake while mowing the other day, but we scooped him up using one of my good mixing bowls and my best cookie sheet and deposited him out of harm's way. The rescue implements were thoroughly washed, I assure you. :P Oh! And we saw Mama Deer and her twins, who are getting quite big! I'm so excited to see them—and the other mama and her twins not too far from our neighborhood. So many twins! This spring has been much kinder to deer than last spring. *pleased*

P.S. Is anyone else having issues with Scrapbook? I wanted to upload pics, but it won't let me.

I love snakes and would have been the person to pick it up with my bare hands to move it. (My family freaked out when a 5 ft chicken snake found it's way into the kitchen. I just lead it outside so it could eat the field mice.)

If you are using the old style LJ, you will not be able to access your scrapbook properly. Switch to new style, do what you need to do, and then back to old when you are done.

Thank you for the info on LJ!

I'm not excessively fond of snakes, but I don't mind them. I kept hoping to catch one sunning itself on the porch all summer, but alas, they only showed themselves to Shog. :P

You're lucky to live somewhere where you can still see wildlife ... I see squirrels and sparrows.
