Perhaps I'll watch the next season. :P (I'm not much of a Whovian, I admit, but this is still exciting news to me.)

I was rather hoping that Haley Atwell (Agent Carter) would get the part - I heard she wanted to play it. Don't know any of Ms Whittaker's work but I have a copy of Attack the Block sat on the shelves so maybe I'll watch that later.

I think Atwell would have been great! I'm not really familiar with Whittaker, either, but I can't wait to watch her. :D

Not yet! The British distributor jacked up the prices quite high, so my online option is out. I'll be saving up the first few episodes, and then I'll HBO GO it when I get back to the states!
