Good morning. Have some links!

Halloween may be over, but it's not too late to visit the Zombie Preparedness Center! And now it's finally cold enough for penguin and polar bear ice cube molds!

ThinkGeek has filed Hermione's Time-Turner in its "Tech Jewelry" section, which is appropriate. :) Shenanigans on the Marauders' Map probably aren't. ;) Obviously NSFW and an example of an interesting Animagus: Shape-Shifting Donkey Prostitute Strikes Again. o.O Wash that out of your mind with some Snarry art, featuring a really beautiful, yet still Snape-y Snape!

The Inn at the Crossroads (is a really cool cooking blog): In the Game of Food, you win, or you wash the dishes . . . . Ned's developing an appetite while working a terrible pick-up line (tame image with text, but not safe for the conservative workplace). Buy the thematically related t-shirt, and remember: A Lannister always spays his pets.

Thunder(LOL)Cats are LOL-worthy. Stephen Fry is fabulous.

Cute: Baby pandas! An irritated tiger cub! An alot of cake! Miniature tire swing!

Adventure Time troubles me as much as it amuses me, but "It Came from the Nightosphere" was a pretty cool episode.

DrFaustusAU's Seuss/Lovecraft love is inspired. (Read the entire story by clicking on the in-page link below the cover art—and you might like to read the story with a Squishable Cthulhu!)

This typo? Is why we need editors! Not safe for butter-phobes: On a semi-related note, if you were to buy and use this pot for its intended purpose, you'd probably have typo-related issues. *snorts; shakes head at Paula* And because butter goes with garlic: Peel garlic in about ten seconds!

Completely unrelated to garlic (thank goodness!) and prolly NSFW: Ever wondered how The Joy of Sex was illustrated? Read this article to find out. :D

ROTFLmAO.

Frankly I did not find the guy in the illustrations of Joy to be attractive and I am of the 70s.

I read that article on Joy of Sex when it came up on the BBC, and while it was interesting, and probably did account for the very human look the illustrations had (people, not porn stars), I too don't go for scruffily bearded blokes, and didn't way back then, either.

The garlics that guy was "peeling" are probably way fresher and younger than anything one's likely to find in the supermarket, alas. I bet they didn't come from China! By slow boat.

Those ice cube moulds are delightful! But I do have a simple tray which makes ordinary polar bear ice cubes, courtesy of a Queensland rum producer which uses polar bears as its spirit snimal token.

ETA for typo and html error!
